How are people able to sense when we stare at them while driving?

When we’re driving or are a passenger in a car, if you look at someone else in a different car, how are they able to notice so quickly that you are looking at them? Whenever I glance at someone else in a different car it seems like they make eye contact with me in a second.
I hope this happens to other people and not just me.

How do you get a power steering rack out of the car for replacement?

Taken the wheels off and undone all the bolts on the rack, its loose but cant come out. Any ideas (good one please)
