What about in a very discrete part of the park at night? What would happen if you were all these places but you werent actually havimg sex, just foreplay? In order for you to be arrested they must have probable cause that a crime has occured or is about to occur. If in any of those situations the ages made the sex, statutory rape the older person should be arrested. Also if your conduct makes it such that you are indecently exposed or it is probable that you will become indencently exposed without police intervention you could be arrested. Finally, is your car trespassing.
Just because you could be arrested doesn’t mean you always would be arrested.

But only a crazy cop would actually bust you for that stuff unless you were over 25.
I think if you were having sex, they might be able to get someone for public indecency, but anything else, a cop might just warn you to not be a crazy kid. Also, if you’re under the age of consent, someone might be getting a rape charge.
EDIT: It depends where you are and what the consent age is. You both might be over, or you both might be under. Who knows.
sounds like someone needs to get a room. lol actually years ago I was caught with my girlfriend twice doin it in the car. luckily we were just finishing up both times.
The first time the cop was cool about it. He drove up and asked what we were doing and I told him .. oh just screwing around.. and he laughed. the second time was two cops who were not nice at all but didnt arrest anyone.
Generally as long as you are of age they will just tell you something like this is not an appropriate place for this and to go. Now school might be a different story.
I went on a ride along with a guy I knew who was a cop one night and we came across a guy and a girl making out pretty heavy and thats all he did was told them they should go somewhere else.

Yes, you can get arrested for having sex in a car, regardless of where you are (it is public indecency and can carry a sex offender judgment). Making out won’t get you arrested but you will get a warning (told to leave). School grounds can be tricky, you don’t want to get caught even making out there. You are better of finding a room somewhere…
