If it feels hotter than the rest, or really hot at all. You can change it out very fast and easy.

A properly functioning breaker should not be hot to the touch without tripping. The purpose of a breaker is to stop excess current form generating heat. So if you have a hot breaker that doesn’t trip replace it. Fixes the problem 9 out of 10 times.

A circuit breaker shouldn’t be more than slightly warm to the touch – normally they are cool.

The problem is with the breaker, not the circuit – since a normally functioning breaker would trip before it would heat up.
